This was the first time I purchased a car at Conicelli of Springfield. The salesman I dealt with was Joel Morales and he was fantastic. Whereas we live in the State of Delaware, prior to going to the dealers Springfield. The salesman I dealt with was Joel Morales and he was fantastic. Joel ensured the whole purchase process went smoothly and we ended up driving the car home that day. We love the car and definitely would recommend both Joel and the dealership to future buyers! Joel was exceptionally informative and equally helpful. He did everything he could for us during AND AFTER the sale. In fact, he just picked up the car at our home and took it in for an add-on that we purchased and delivered the car back to our home at the end of the work day. He has consistently returned every phone call and is always very polite. He has taken the needed time to answer all our questions and is tremendously knowledgeable of what he sells.
