Now it took a lot for me to Write this Review I actually got love for some people at this dealership. Joel Freddy Carlos and Kevin worked extremely well with me and help me out getting the Car I received Bu got love for some people at this dealership. Joel Freddy Carlos and Kevin worked extremely well with me and help me out getting the Car I received But then there was the car i purchased that turning into a nightmare and I know making a decision is out of their hands but I raised awareness to the GM and he just kept stating Nothing he can do to help that the deal I was in had No room for him to help me get out of the most Horrible situation ever build. The Honda Prologue elite that can barely give me 150-200 miles on a full charge . I have done so many test and consistently complained to his dealership about my issues and all I keep hearing is the cold is not allowing the car to properly perform as advertised. I have claims open with Honda Corporate honda Manufactures Better business Bureau NJ and Better business Bureau CA I literally drove 1.7 miles and car drained 32 miles and I’m hearing there’s nothing we can do … 718 a month with 33 months left and I’m hearing there’s nothing that can be done smh. So that bad by a GM like that and Honda in general. And I’m actually a Honda fan but after this experience I’m sorry to the good people over there at Route 22 but I have to leave this Review because this ain’t how a customer should be treated let alone a customer that had 4 plus loans with Honda and actually brought you customer and promoted your Dealer. I constantly ask for a loaner so service can do more digging and continued to be told there isn’t any. Then I say at the service department for 3 hours while they diagnose the vehicle to be told no solution to my complaint it’s the cold causing the advertised Range to not be Met. Like I said it took a lot for me to write this Review because i actually like ppl there but this situation is draining me as a person causing my household to be unhealthy because of my stress. No shade to certain personal at Route 22 but You would think The General Manager would have Step up and done better as a Human to even Pushed Honda Corporate to do right by me . More

I love the Sales Team at Route 22 Honda. Nacho is an excellent Salesman, Abdel is the best finance manager and Joel is an amazing GM. They made sure that we left the dealership satisfied. Worst customer service ever. Worst people to deal with.. I hope you guys had a option to upload videos cause it’s just a bad experienced with this people. Regardless of any situation a place like this needs to make sure they hire professional and respectful people not people like this. My little cousin went to buy a car from this dealer and off course 0 experience on buying a car 0 credit. But the way this people take advantage of situations like this is unacceptable .. they told her that she was approved by Honda on a 2019 Honda Accord ex with 37plus miles sold price $27plus bringing a monthly payment of $650 at month for 72 months plus $4000 down payment that was given at the time of the deal. After she told me about the deal I told her that the numbers don’t make any sense and I understand that her credit was a big factor but any way I told her to go back and go over the deal with them I told her to have them show her and signed the contract to finalize the deal but guess what the told her that she needs to come back another day for it when you guys know once you approved that can be done right away … I offered her I’ll go go back with her the next day which we did Big surprise nothing but disrespectful and unprofessional people starting with this guy call sales manager and few other employees from the dealer screaming even was told to meet outside the location to fight?? Like really who wants this type of customer service getting force to call the cops funny thing is that before cops showed up they refused to return the down payment when the knew by law no contract no deal. What make it even worse it’s that the general manage witnesses the whole situation but didn’t ever offered an apologies to her my cousin to the customer at the end of the day I wash just looking out for her and I’m sure anyone would do the same. What a shame that place like this give a typical highway dealer experience 👎. I’m glad we found a great car somewhere else and even find out that there wasn’t any approval by honda or even inquired to honda. Please feel free to review this….
