I searched for a car over autotrader. com and found the perfect car, a 2017 Honda CR-V. I had never purchased a vehicle this way before. I have been working with Joel for almost two years. I came in one day to look at the new body style QX60 and the price at the time just wasn't going to work for me. Through out the past two years Joel I came in one day to look at the new body style QX60 and the price at the time just wasn't going to work for me. Through out the past two years Joel has kept in touch and never pressured me like the other dealers. I felt comfortable telling Joel when I was ready and the price point and options I was looking for. He was patient and resilient in finding the right vehicle for me and my family. We kept in touch over the period of time of two years and he even gave me options to come look at when time was available and when It didn't fit what I was looking for he was always comfortable and never pressed anything, which is ideal when looking for a new/used vehicle. I had other dealers contact me and inevitably working with Joel was just hands down an excellent experience, as to why I finally bit the bullet and purchased my 2023 QX60 with Joel. His patience and persistence paid off in the end and I was comfortable the whole way through. After purchase, I left the vehicle at the dealership to get a blackout package installed and he even kept me updated consistently throughout that after purchase process which impressed me as well. The truck was a surprise for my wife's birthday and when we picked it up, she didn't know until he handed her the keys. He even took an hour of his time to show her how to use all the new options in her new truck. Thank You Joel for being patient and sticking with me through this process! Definitely recommend!
