First, my sales consultant Joel Gappa was amazing. If you have the stereo-typical car salesman image when you think about dealerships, then you need to work with Joel, he will erase that image from your mind in short order. Joel was professional, patient and most of all he let me drive the decision making by asking me the right questions. Never for a moment did I feel pressured or uncomfortable. Unlike other car salesmen I have worked with in the past I got the feeling that Joel was on my time, not dealership "beat the clock" time. As for the crew at the dealership, each time I walked in I was greeted courteously by either an available rep, or the receptionist. Never was I set upon like I was wounded prey as I had experienced at other dealerships when I set out to pick a new car. .When I told them I was working with Joel, I wasn't just told where his office was and dismissed as a waste of their time, instead, each time I entered and told them I was looking for Joel I was escorted to his office or to where ever he was in the dealership. I was always offered a refreshment of some sort as well. This is a great team to work with, I highly recommend you shop here if you are looking for Infinity, Porsche, Mercedes Benz or BMW, the Motorwerks team has them all. More

I walked into the dealer to see what they had to offer because I did not want my car anymore and wanted to trade it in and Joel greeted me at the door, walked me into his office and went over car by car with me till we found something I liked. He gave me time to bring my car in for an appraisal and followed up with me. I came back two days later and traded-in my car for a new 2013 G37x. Him and the sales manager Stu gave me a great deal on my trade-in and knew that i wanted to stick to a certain number with my primary concern being my total financed. Joel was a great, genuine guy and made sure he got me what I asked for. He personally took the time to show me the ins and outs of the car I bought and helped me get everything set-up. He made sure every question was answered and that I was treated like a real customer. Definitely good business, will be coming back to see this guy in the future. Dan More

Amazing car buying experience! I wanted to share my experience buying a new QX60 at Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. First, Joel Gappa is hands down the best car sales person I’ve ever I wanted to share my experience buying a new QX60 at Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. First, Joel Gappa is hands down the best car sales person I’ve ever dealt with! He is extremely knowledgeable, personable and does not pressure you to buy. During the first test drive I knew this dealership was different from the rest. Joel explained the features of the QX60 and was able to explain how my family would actually use these features on a daily basis. When I returned for an extended test drive the new vehicle was clean and ready for me. Joel spent additional time reviewing the features with me and even helped my sync my phone so I could use it during the test drive. It is little things like this that make the car buying experience so much better at this dealership than the rest. When I was ready to purchase the QX60 the dealership worked with me to get the price I was looking for and the process took five minutes! They did not “play games” with the price or hassle me about a trade in or financing. Joel spent a lot of time searching for the exact color and options I wanted and found me the perfect vehicle. The entire staff at Infiniti of Hoffman Estates was great to work with. Michael Smalley, the Sales Manager made time to speak with me each visit and Rich Altenhoff the General Manager was very personable during the purchasing process. They all worked with me to find exactly what I was looking for and were very customer oriented. Joel spent a lot of time explaining the vehicle to me the night I purchased it and made sure everything was set-up. He has even followed up with me to see how I am doing with the vehicle. My experience with Joel and the dealership was AWESOME! I flew in from out of state and was picked up at the airport in a limo and taken to the dealership. i was greeted at the door by my salesman and all of flew in from out of state and was picked up at the airport in a limo and taken to the dealership. i was greeted at the door by my salesman and all of the paperwork was ready to go with the exception of an extra warranty that I purchased(which couldn't have been already prepared).
