Since our regular salesman was busy, we dealt directly with manager Geno Cabana. Geno helped me purchased the car that we wanted from another dealer. He was very pleasant and it did not take long before we made a deal. Normaly I dread dealing with finance people. But I was extremely pleased with Amin Smith the way he handled the all paperwork. He had kept all papers ready and did push to sale anything. We enjoyed talking to him about his and our personal details. Joel Gappa is our salesman for last thirteen years. He goes out of his way to explain all the details of new car. He is very friendly and pleasant to work with. I can't say enough about this amazing salesman from whom I have bought three cars. All in all, nice experience with Infiniti of Hoffman Estates for purchase of our fourth new Infiniti. More

Like most customers shopping for a good deal we started our shopping online using sites like Cars.com, etc.. From the site I then sent an email expressing my interest and within a few hrs Joel was on the line. From our first conversation, inquiring about the vehicle, to price, to financing options the discussions were always courteous, professional and kind. After a couple of weeks of discussions we finally bit the bullet and visited INFINITI of Hoffman Estates (a 2.5 hr drive from our house). The wonderful, professional and amazing experience continued; Thijs warmly welcoming us to the dealership, Joel Gappa just being an absolute gentleman and consummate professional (how refreshing to find a car salesman with this level of integrity and professionalism) and finally Amin Smith who patiently walked me through the paperwork, additional options and financing always looking for my best interest. As we left, we committed to the team at INFINITI of Hoffman Estates that whenever we are in the market for additional cars, it is this dealership location that we will always come back to for they are a difficult act for any other to follow. I noticed a little dent on the door of my new car and Joel immediately reached out to his ‘dent person‘ to have it corrected. It was repaired within a half hour. You would never know it was there.
