I called Infiniti of Hoffman to set up an appointment to test drive a vehicle. I was transferred to Joel. His voice was the first thing I felt at ease about. I came into the dealership...EVERYONE was so wel test drive a vehicle. I was transferred to Joel. His voice was the first thing I felt at ease about. I came into the dealership...EVERYONE was so welcoming. There was a salesman outside and he opened the door for me! I met Joel. We talked and he went through the vehicles I wanted to test drive. Super nice and very knowledgeable. We drove the vehicles and we talked about how I felt in the vehicle. We decided that the car wasn't the best fit. The model I " really" wanted was out of my price range. He was so great in discussing my options. Leasing was one of them and as he explained it with charts it seemed as my best option. In our day in age, I felt the pricing for the lease as it was a great value was going to put me a bit uncomfortable with payments. I explained that I wasn't comfortable and he completely understood and although I didn't purchase my vehicle from Infiniti my experience was completely satisfied. There was no pressure but alot of options and understanding. I am a woman and went by myself and as we may think that's scary, Joel took the fear away. He placed my inquires in a folder of my choice. I chose purple! He didn't have a sale that day but what the dealership did is earn my trust in referring anyone to their dealership. Completely professional, understanding and full of ideas. In my book that's 5 star treatment! I am so thankful our paths crossed. He has been doing this a long time and it shows. My review is that I would do refer anyone interested in a vehicle at this dealership with full confidence that they would be treated respectful, kind, knowledgeable, and understanding. Thank Joel!! Excellent Service and Patience For a First time buyer. Where do I start... This dealership was a night and day difference to a similar dealership that was in the area. I first, originally bought a ca Where do I start... This dealership was a night and day difference to a similar dealership that was in the area. I first, originally bought a car at another dealership CPO, but come to find out shortly thereafter, the car had plenty of issues that does not match it being a CPO. Felt like false advertisement. Once I was able to get my money back, I was able to find my way over to this Infiniti. The Process was so much smoother and less rushed here. Plenty of talking and personalizing that just made the experience so much more comforting for someone buying their first car. And Thorough! There was not a single skipped detail in the whole process. The emails and the help I received after such a bad previous experience was awesome. They want to see happy customers and you can tell. Recurring customers is more important with this retailer and especially to Joel, that you immediately feel like they are doing as much as they can to cater to you. All around fantastic experience and would buy from here again in a heartbeat. The only CON I have is the prices on some vehicles being slightly odd. Similar cars with similar trims and mileage being priced thousands apart with no apparent issues. Likely what they cost at auction has something to do with it but still. More
