My experience with the sales and service department has been excellent and the waiting for service on my vehicle was not as long as I thought it would be.. Danny is a funny lively person and Navel,( I gue been excellent and the waiting for service on my vehicle was not as long as I thought it would be.. Danny is a funny lively person and Navel,( I guess I am spelling his name right) is the best young salesman 😄 I purchased a Grand Cherokee Jeep L on March 24,2023, it had over a thousand miles on it and I traded in my 2019 Dodge Journey that I purchased in January of 2020,it only had 31,434 miles on it. I was told by Chrysler that they had a shortage of Dodge Journey and that they wanted to know if I would trade my Dodge Journey in. It was not my plan to trade is in I was just checking out what they were talking about being able to get a good deal on a 2023, which I really don't know I did get a good deal on it or on my trade in. Well it's over and done. They promised me some things to satisfy me by purchasing the 2023 which they came through on.. So that's my experience with the sales and service department of Thomas Dodge.
