This is our first time to visit Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney. From beginning to finish we were very impressed with the services. They were efficient, well organized and communicated well with us. The drivers of their shuttle service were friendly and on time. We did not have to wait at all. The service advisor Stephany was going out of her way to accommodate us for free rental car if we needed. She followed up and updated us the status of the service. We definitely recommend the excellent service from this location! More

I had an appointment on Saturday 12. 13.25 at 8 am. Joel Casper was my Service Advisor but he would not put my car on a lift to see what exactly was rattling up under it. He stated that h 13.25 at 8 am. Joel Casper was my Service Advisor but he would not put my car on a lift to see what exactly was rattling up under it. He stated that he knew for a fact that they didn't have any parts for my make of car. Well, I bought the car from Pat Lobb Toyota but he just told me to go to a dealership that makes Mazda's. I couldn't believe he wouldn't even check to figure out the damage and order the part. Then Joel Casper told someone to give me the address to a dealership down the road. When I told the other dealership what happened, they fit me in right away and ordered the damaged part. I pre-paid for everything and was told they will call me to make an appointment once it arrives. Why couldn't Pat Lobb do that? More

Because of this oversight, the issue was not addressed until after my car exceeded the warranty threshold. I was told the repair will not be covered, even though I raised the concern well in advance. This is not a lapse on my part—it is a failure by the dealership to diagnose a safety-related condition. My teen daughter drives this vehicle to Stephen F. I stopped in because I needed an oil change and overall checkup on my car. I had another awesome experience with Joel. Ruban was very kind and knowledgeable about the vehicles I was looking at. He made the vehicle trade in process a breeze with absolutely no pressure to buy anything from him/toyota. He understands that time I was looking at. He made the vehicle trade in process a breeze with absolutely no pressure to buy anything from him/toyota. He understands that time spent in the dealership can be lengthy so he challenged my son to some rounds of UNO to help kill some time! By the time we are all done and my new vehicle was ready for me to drive off the lot, we said our see you laters and my son mentioned he had a great time and will miss hanging out with him. Overall a wonderful experience for the whole family. The dealership its self is always clean and has super friendly staff members! If you go in to look for a new vehicle I recommend asking for Ruban! Also If you need services done on your vehicle and you go to this location ask for Joel as your service rep, he’s the best! More

Friendly service advisors, helpful advice for maintenance with no pressure, and VERY cozy & comfortable waiting area for customers, not to mention the great coffee choices.
