Great sales force poor service department. The sales force isn't high pressure. And doesn't use dirty tricks other dealerships do. However, the service department isn't very responsive. All service appointments must be scheduled weeks in advance. Warranty work on my driver's side door handled was rejected for a irrational reason. The door unlocking mechanism only works occasionally. Service department states that's the nature of the mechanism; really. I have a friend that fought for weeks to have her car serviced. And it's been months to repair. Once my warranty period is done, I'm done using this service department. More
