Went a tire shop for repair and was told the tires were not good there was visible dry rot
Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation.
After my service I was told I needed new tires
My point exactly .
I am very irritated that I was gaslighted about the tires
I had just purchased new tires for the vehicle I traded
I should not have to purchase tires for a car I've had less than a year
Not a happy customer
I probably will not be making any further purchases with Chevrolet
My goal is to get rid of this car ASAP
I have had outstanding experience with the service dept . No complaints

Jake Sweeney Chevrolet had the one chance to make me into a satisfied customer and they blew it. There are too many other auto dealers out there that don't treat potential customers as they did. I am convinced the dealer is pulling one of the oldest illegal sales tricks... baiting.
And they had the audacity to claim that the price I was looking at was not on your wed site.... even after I had shown on my phone the site was jakesweeneychevrolet.com.
All the manager insisted on doing was to point out their nice little disclaimer and claim there had been a mistake made. I'm well aware that mistakes are made. But the manager got way too defensive and loud for it to be a simple mistake. And he would not at least offer to possibly meet us in the middle on the price.
From the negative publicity I'm going to be putting out, the dealership could lose so much more in future sales than the difference in the publicly advertised price and their so-called real price for the vehicle.
The sales manager was the most arrogant and rude manager I have ever met at an auto dealer. I'll be planting the negative word on Jake Sweeney Chevrolet as far and wide as I can.
My hope is for people to avoid Jake Sweeney dealerships all around Cincinnati so they don't get taken advantage of.
I highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to avoid Jake Sweeney dealerships.
