Steven Greene Acted in a Racist Manner I visited the dealership yesterday and I have been for years. When I went to pick up my car I was greeted by Steven and he told me he would be with me I visited the dealership yesterday and I have been for years. When I went to pick up my car I was greeted by Steven and he told me he would be with me shortly and continued working in his computer for about five minutes and then another person came in, an older white male, and Steven cordially started helping him and ignored me and didn't acknowledge my presence. I think because of my race he ignored me and did not greet me in the same way and I felt like it was a racist action on his part. The other service person realized what happened and said he would help me right away and he did but Steven never apologized or said anything when I asked why he refused to help me. The other service person was apologetic but the apology needed to come from Steven. The motto for the company is to make me feel like part of the family but if felt like I was back in the pre civil rights era. More

I have been bringing my Forester to them since 2007; probably an average of 3 times a year. I have driven my 2006 Subaru 175,000+ miles and expect to surpass 225k without any hitches--thanks in part to the quality of service provided here. More

I have purchased 3 Subarus frum this dealership and had very satisfying experiences with all of these. I also have purchased lieftime oil packages with these vehicles. I have been happy with the consistent very satisfying experiences with all of these. I also have purchased lieftime oil packages with these vehicles. I have been happy with the consistent, friendly service. I am always given enough information to make an informed decision regarding services, given an accurate cost and length of time prior to arriving at Subaru of Spokane. I have purchased parts and tires from this location also finding them competitive with other locations and the free servicing makes them a bargain quickly. The friendly shuttle service can be helpful! This particular service, I had a hanging plastic undercarriage protector. I brought it in without an appointment and Danny Thomas arranged to have it repaired quickly and complementary. I have come in for several small on-the-spot issues (headlamp bulbs, etc) and had them fixed quickly and cheerfully. My services usually offer a welcome car wash. Once years ago, I was skeptical about a need for a radiator replacement and went to a private mechanic, who confirmed that this was indeed the case. I am happy to have this service facility available for my Subarus! More
