Today was a rough day for my family and I. We walked into the dealership a little stressed. John Crawford”BIG JOHN” and his trainee were the absolute dopest. There was a situation that had nothing to do directly with the dealership. These two gentlemen made my family feel understood. Big John was not accepting any disrespect from the company that is always beyond disrespectful . I didn’t have to argue with anyone on the phone because BIG JOHN shut it down right away. My father is a U.S NAVY veteran and he was treated like ROYALTY. Thank You BIG JOHN!!!! See you guys soon. More

We did not meet Shane, so the rating for him is N/A. Eric was very friendly and was very passionate about his job. Mark was very helpful with all the questions we had. I rated the dealership lower because we waited for a while to get a number on the car we wanted to buy, and we waited for a while on the trade-in value of our current car. The process was not quick, and we had to come in on another day after they sent over a text detailing the pricing 5 days after the first visit. More
