My name is Joe Weil, and I am a native of the Twin Cities, having grown up in St. Louis Park and attended St. Louis Park High School and the University of Minnesota (longer ago than I care to admit!). Not the greatest experience I’ve ever had buying anything. The communication over the 4 months of waiting for my car was basically non existent. I never received an unprompted update about the expe anything. The communication over the 4 months of waiting for my car was basically non existent. I never received an unprompted update about the expected ETA, emails would go unanswered or ignored. As for the getting the car, it was delivered with missing accessories I had ordered. Which I had to point out that they were missing while signing the paperwork. Like how the do you not notice a car is missing a trailer hitch. Overall the communication and attention to detail is at the same standard you expect from a dollar store, but the car itself is everything I was looking for More
