Joe was an excellent salesman however his support staff was not. When the car came home the extra key fob that was provided did not work. Absolute gentleman loved being able to work a deal out with Ed. He catered to all my wants and needs for my vehicle and had me at the dealer for no longer than 2 hours before letting me be on my way to do with Ed. Left my home at 745 this morning and drove 45 minutes for a service recall on my 2019 S60 as per a call from Huntington service department. When I arrived I was told that there was not a recall on my car but a service recall on my 2019 S60 as per a call from Huntington service department. When I arrived I was told that there was not a recall on my car but they did have the scheduled appointment. I was then told the recall was on a car I had leased and returned a year ago. Ugh ugh ugh someone needs to correct this and delete previous leasers names from your records so that this does not continue to happen. More
