Easy, well coordinated and professional I recently switched from leasing a Honda CR-V to leasing a new CX-5. As with any new car there is always something new that one dealer does different I recently switched from leasing a Honda CR-V to leasing a new CX-5. As with any new car there is always something new that one dealer does differently that the other. I'm still getting used to these, but so far I've noticed that: 1) The pickup in my Mazda is peppier and there when you need it most. 2) Road noise is much quieter. 3) The seats are more comfortable. 4) The drivers side feels roomier. 5) My Honda's Bluetooth was terrible and would always be problematic, whereas the Bluetooth on the Mazda hasn't been a problem. 6) The voice commands are taking some time to get used to: my Honda allowed for me to store pre-recorded "Call Home" and worked like a charm, but with the Mazda, there are a few more steps that seem to take longer. 7) The HD stereo sounds great and is easy to navigate using "Favorite settings". 8) With the push button door open option, I don't have to remove the keys from my pocket and can get out of the cold fast. 9) Handles great in the snow (AWD). Overall, so far, the car is more enjoyable to drive. My Sales team were very knowledgeable and assisted me with getting the features I wanted. They even took care of getting my former leased vehicle to a drop off location out on the Island. I would strongly recommend checking this dealer out if you are considering a Mazda. More

I had a CX-9 that I purchased 6 years ago and quite frankly loved it so much that I had no intention of giving it up, until I saw the 2016 CX-5 Grand Touring with all of it's new features. My husband had the Mazda 6 and just got the Mazda 3 and we both love our new cars! We dealt with Victor Liantonio when we purchased our first Mazda's and did not want to deal with anyone else but him this time. He is one of the most professional, courteous, low pressure salesmen I have ever met and he is an absolute pleasure to deal with. The rest of the staff there is great as well, especially Kenny Davis. Not one person pressured me into anything I did not want or beyond my comfortable budget (as was my experience at another car company!) They are NOT your "typical" car salesmen that throw numbers at you then go in the back and make you incessantly wait while they "talk to their boss." They are real, upfront and to the point. I appreciated their honesty, their respect for my time and the seamless process of my new lease. Most of all, there were no surprises when it was time to close the deal, all that was discussed was delivered and there weren't any "hidden " or extra costs.
