I must give Mike Castrucci and his service manager, Joe, a thumbs up!! They saw a negative post that I had written and wanted to get to the bottom of it. Mike called me personally to get the details of wh a thumbs up!! They saw a negative post that I had written and wanted to get to the bottom of it. Mike called me personally to get the details of what happened and got Joe involved to get to the bottom of it. It was handled in a very professional manner, putting the customer first, and I must say that I am impressed that they read their reviews and take action. I will return to Castrucci Ford for future service. More

We have bought our new Fords at this dealership for over 20 years. All of the employees are extremely honest, polite and very helpful in the purchase of a new vehicle. Joe Spaw in the service dept. takes 20 years. All of the employees are extremely honest, polite and very helpful in the purchase of a new vehicle. Joe Spaw in the service dept. takes care of any service needs with a minimun of inconvenience. We would not go to any other dealer for buying or servicing a vehicle. More

This service experience was the best ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Joe Spaw went out of his way to take care of my problem. I highly recommend them as they were to me because the fixed a problem that mutliple other Joe Spaw went out of his way to take care of my problem. I highly recommend them as they were to me because the fixed a problem that mutliple other dealers had tried but were unable to rectify. CALL JOE SPAW AND SEE FOR YOURSELF. More
