My name is Joe i am a Salesman at Southgate Honda, i started working here because in March of 2024 my wife was looking for a new Civic with specific requirements, after shopping around Southgate had given us the most relaxed experience whilst also giving us exactly what we wanted without suggesting other vehicles we didn't want. I started working here in August due to recently moving from England and the primary reason i came here was due to the great work environment i had seen from my previous experience here.

As soon as I arrived Colton met us outside an listened to what we were looking for. He, was extremely helpful and found the perfect vehicle for me. I've never been to a dealership before an Colton was right what we were looking for. He, was extremely helpful and found the perfect vehicle for me. I've never been to a dealership before an Colton was right there explaining the process to me as we did paperwork I, also went back to dealership as I was confused about all the buttons an how they work Colton was kind enough to show me an answer all my questions. Also just went a few days ago asking about my wiper blades they left small scratches on windshield an he ordered them at no cost to me an will put them on for me this coming Monday. Colton, listens to you, answers all your questions. He has gone above an beyond to help me. If I have more questions I'm going back to Colton. I, have refered many friends to Southgate Honda now an told them ask for Colton, he can help you! Thank you Colton, for your kindness and going above an beyond for me. Much appreciated!!!! More
