Previously, we worked with a dealer in our prior home state and had a lot of confidence in him. However, when we came to Florida, we had to start all over again building a relationship with a dealer in our new home state. We did our homework and shopped around, going all the way to the end of the process with several dealers until we decided upon Jenkins. The environment is professional (others were shoddy and dirty); inventory was good; we were not pressured (unlike other dealers); "sales extras" were appreciated. I am a number cruncher and required a lot more financial data than the average buyer. Other dealers were rude and condescending when I requested this information, but I was treated respectfully at this dealership after explaining why I was looking for it. Our only complaint was that we had excessive wait time on several occasions. Our salesman was new, so we are cutting him some slack for not knowing when and how to push the right buttons with management for his customer. So we did it for him, and management responded well to it. More

I found our Gently used Kia (ET who is alien green ll) at Jenkins Kia. Tyler helped us in making our decision by letting us test drive ET overnight, well that sealed the deal for us. We returned and bought ET the next day. Tyler took excellent care of us. Everyone at Jenkins Kia were awesome.
