I moved into the automotive industry from construction management. I am passionate about Subaru and have always wanted to be involved in the automotive industry. I bought a Subaru from Groove 2 months before I applied for a job here. The salesperson I had made me interested in pursuing a career in the same position. I enjoy the outdoors and spend as much time in the Mountains as possible. My Subaru helps get me there.

CANNOT TRUST This shop will not honor the prepaid packages they sell you. I bought a package of three full service oil changes from the in-person staff at Groove Subaru on Broadway and by the third packages they sell you. I bought a package of three full service oil changes from the in-person staff at Groove Subaru on Broadway and by the third oil change they claimed the package was expired. I still have the agreement and no where does it say there is an exiration. What's worse is when speaking to the management there they hide behind some third-party company they claim provided this deal, yet I only spoke with in-person staff and was not given any info about any third-party involvement. They even tried to say that its my responsibility to contact this other company to resolve it. Dear Groove - if you work with another copany for anything and the customer only dealt with you then it is you that needs to work out those details and not make it the customer's problem. This was handled so very poorly and it could have been a very easy fix if you even cared about your long-time customers. From 2018 to 2024, and now we're done. More

He stayed late, was very knowledgeable, did not created a pressured environment and ultimately worked with the dealership to give me a great deal. He had a genuine understanding of what I needed and what I didn’t. Even during the purchasing process, he was very patient. Overall, I am thrilled with the car and the process was enjoyable. More
