Outstanding Customer Service! I recently bought a car from Haddad Subaru and it was one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with! No problems what so ever, Joseph Rodgers (pr I recently bought a car from Haddad Subaru and it was one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with! No problems what so ever, Joseph Rodgers (product specialist) took the initiative and helped made it possible to trade in my car for an even better one! Everything he did he made sure I was ok with, and even gave me his personal cell phone number to stay in contact with him just in case I had any additional questions and if he wasnt at his office phone to answer my call right away. My experience with them overall was excellent and I dont have one complaint at all with my experience, I look forward to dealing with Haddad Subaru in the later future and receiving their excellent customer service again! More

Needed help with operating the media system in my new car I recently took delivery on a beautiful Touring Outback but needed some guidance with the Starlink system. There is so much to manage! I called Haddad at about 5 in the evening and a young man, Eli, came to my rescue. He told me to get in the car and walked me though the whole system by phone. He also sent me a link to YouTube to look at on my on reinforcing his lesson. My original salesman did a good job of explaining it, but since I'm of the "older generation", all this digital information is not absorbed on the first go round. Since my salesman was off today, this kind young man offered to help. I truly appreciate his patience and clarity. I now feel more confident with it, but I'm sure I'll have questions again. I know this dealership will be there to help me. And that's a good feeling. Thank you! More

I brought both money down and a cosigner and no luck for me. Not approved. They made no effort after to try to figure something out. I went to Jim Salvie Mazda in Pittsfield- outstanding and excellent customer service they treat people right. I am in my new car now! Subaru not only lost out on a sale from me my friend went there a few days previous and did not like the way she was treated so she went else where as well More

Harassing salespeople! Stay away! We went in and test drove 1 vehicle and since then we've received 10 phone calls, even after we said we're no longer looking for a new car. Awful.
