My wife and I just left Curtiss Ryan Honda. We met our salesperson Joe and told him we have a ‘17 Honda Pilot and we were looking to upgrade to a new Pilot. We explained we came because they had great rev salesperson Joe and told him we have a ‘17 Honda Pilot and we were looking to upgrade to a new Pilot. We explained we came because they had great reviews. Joe found the one new Pilot they had and after we looked at it, we started asking questions about the price. Joe completely shuts us down and tells us his hands are tied and there is no negotiation. We asked if we could speak to a manager and he replied that that’s just what it is because of the low inventory. We again asked to speak to a sales manager and he agreed. He came back and told us after speaking to one of the owners, they could discount $300 on “this” and points at a sign. We asked what this was and he said -“this what’s on the sign”. All he did was pick up the sign and read it. He did not educate us on what it was or why getting a discount off of it is worthwhile. He said multiple times how his hands were tied and he did not make the experience personal at all by not even trying to build rapport. They (Joe and co-owner) expected us to just buy because of low inventory vs earning our business. I don’t know if there is just a lack of training or if it was because I was in sweatpants and a hoodie. Between the salesperson and the poor process they follow, I will not be back to Curtiss Ryan Honda. If I was on the leadership team with Honda, I would be disappointed and embarrassed to know my team represents the brand this way. More

My wife and I purchased a vehicle at Curtiss Ryan Honda. Sales Consultant Joe Riggsbee was friendly from the moment we were greeted by him while looking at vehicles for sale on the premises. Joe asked which of the vehicle’s we were interested in test driving. Before test driving the vehicle, Joe described, demonstrated, and explained the features. Joe was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions regarding the vehicle. Joe was knowledgeable and professional during the entire process. As a result, of our experience we decided make a purchase. I would also like recognize Jack Pape Business Manager and Robert DeMarco Sr. Business Manager who guided us through the aspects of the finances, warranty, and paperwork needed to complete the purchase. The team at Curtiss Ryan Honda made us feel like family. More

This dealership has really gone down hill. I remember when they cared about their customers. I went in to buy my 4th civic and the salesman told me the price is Msrp. I get it cars are not available. All I asked was to take a couple hundred dollars off. The salesman joe went and asked and came back and said the manager Norman said they would not take any money off. The guy didn’t even have the decency to come talk to us. When we left he was leaning on the front desk on his phone. Clearly they don’t care about their customers anymore. I think they had a change in ownership. Not what they use to be. We went to Honda in Westport they took a few hundred dollars off. We told them we would think about it and he called us Tuesday and we picked up our new civic from them More
