Joe Nguyen is absolutely the best. He and David always take care of all my service needs. I followed Joe over to Fremont Audi from Oakland Audi because he is that good and we know we can trust him and his take care of all my service needs. I can honestly say that I have never had nothing but A+ service from Joe over the multitude of times I have brought my Q7 in for services at Oakland and now Fremont. My family and I will be purchasing another Audi because we love the vehicles but also because we know we have Joe to handle all our service needs with his guidance and expertise and his great team.
