We purchased our G37 Coupe at Circle seven years ago, which was a positive and straightforward experience right from the start. All of the service reps we've interacted with over the years are awesome! Ann Maria deftly handled our most recent service appointment last week. It's always easy to make convenient appointments at Circle. The work always gets done correctly the first time, loaner cars are available if I need one, and they get me back on the road quickly. When I had a mechanical problem during the early days of the pandemic, a mechanic drove to our house, exchanged our car for a loaner, repaired the car at the dealership, and then returned the car to us. No Extra Charge! There have been no surprises at Circle. Their prices are fair and the staff is reliable , conscientious, and friendly. We'll definitely buy and service our future cars here. More
