I spent almost 4 hours with Joe one afternoon trying to figure out what exactly I was looking for in a vehicle. He went above and beyond my expectations to find the perfect car for me. Got my 11 speakers (my non-negotiable) in a Blue Rav4 with Nutmeg interior. I am very happy with the car and the experience I had with Joe at Heritage Toyota. Joe was very knowledgeable and real and that helped me really connect with him which is very important to me. I would recommend him to anyone else in a heartbeat. After my purchase, he followed up to make sure everything was going well, and that I had everything I needed with the car.
