Delayed oil change I scheduled a 7 AM oil change, only to be told when I got there that nobody would be there until 8 o’clock to start the service. Therefore, I did I scheduled a 7 AM oil change, only to be told when I got there that nobody would be there until 8 o’clock to start the service. Therefore, I did not get out of there until 9 o’clock. Knutson has always treated me well but whoever is responsible for scheduling appointments, should also be aware of work schedules. At the time I scheduled the service, I advised I would be waiting for the work to be completed. More
