Horrible service department. Claimed I needed over $6k of repairs for wear and tear items in order to pass state inspection. Waste of time and complete unethical behavior. Another positive experience at Toyota City I purchased my first Toyota, a Celica, at the dealership in 1982. Since that time I have purchased, leased or serviced my cars exclusively at Toyota I purchased my first Toyota, a Celica, at the dealership in 1982. Since that time I have purchased, leased or serviced my cars exclusively at Toyota City. I just leased a new Camry. As I am not overly knowledgeable about cars and the endless features now available, I value the advice and explanations of individuals who know well what they are doing and understand me and my needs. This lease led me to sales and financing reps, working cooperatively, who made sure that I got the car I wanted. Pick-up was highlighted by a very thorough tutorial enabling me to feel confident as I drove away. I am grateful! More

They went above and beyond to make sure what was first overlooked - unbeknownst to them, a priority. Leaving no stone unturned and making sure I was completely satisfied, and had all the information I needed to know about my vehicle. Also, the service Dept is excellent.. very helpful, patient and super easy to work with! More
