I had a wonderful experience with INFINITI of Lynbrook. Riju was very pleasant to work with and gave me the time and space to choose the car that was a fit for me. He was efficient, friendly, and provided all the answers to my questions regarding the vehicle (Car FAX, mileage, etc.). He even threw in some freebies that I was not expecting at all. He walked me through the process and also made sure that I was comfortable while completing necessary paperwork, adding insurance, etc. He even came to pick me up to help with the transportation of getting back home with my new car (lucky for me I live close ) Joe, the director was also pleasant and friendly. We had the opportunity to discuss important information before purchasing my car. Marty was full of personality! As the finance director, he made the experience rewarding. I stepped into his office and learned so much. He was patient to answer all of my questions regarding warranty packages to make sure I was comfortable and had peace of mind. I being a long time INFINITI owner I'm very familiar with the brand and I've been dealing With Lynbrook INFINITI since the days of Atlantic & Legacy. But this Experience was a1 from the start, I went in mayb the brand and I've been dealing With Lynbrook INFINITI since the days of Atlantic & Legacy. But this Experience was a1 from the start, I went in maybe 2 months ago had a fantastic dealer help me out, Adolphe. There was no pressure & I said I was in the market & I'd return soon as I did. We exchanged info, when we spoke again he remembered and helped me via text along the way each and every detail... made the experience easy going and friendly even gave some of his own personal thoughts on purchasing and options that would have all been in my best interest. Friendly, accommodating & honest, not often can you say this at the dealership, but if anyone is in need of a vehicle & help is needed definitely go check Adolphe at Lynbrook INFINITI. Joe the sales manager was smooth as well helped me with the vehicle we discussed a couple things he said that he would square it away & we were set there wasn't to much hassle... have to appreciate that. Lastly the guy that usually gets us all at the dealership... the dreaded finance managers! You're normally hyped then they get you with this extra package and add on that you don't need, but no Martin was cool. I'm sure it helped that I knew what I wanted and had done my research and homework already but I'd say it was fair to all parties. I like to be honest always so he did get me on the tire package but hey my Q50 and those annoying run flats cost me big in the past so it was worth taking (Watch me not have one tire issue lol) All in all great experience and I'm enjoying my new QX50 w/Sensory. More
