The Ultimate Buying Experience at BMW of Manhattan!!! It is only fitting that I had the Ultimate Buying Experience buying the Ultimate driving machine! Joe Marra, the CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) manager an It is only fitting that I had the Ultimate Buying Experience buying the Ultimate driving machine! Joe Marra, the CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) manager and Rudi Pagano, my Sales Consultant, were phenomenal! I purchased a CPO 750Li Xdrive and could not be happier- the car is silly fun to drive. I live in the Philadelphia area and traveled over 2 hours to buy my car from Rudi and Joe, and it was worth every second! The reason I was so pleased with my buying experience with Joe and Rudi revolves around three things: 1) Price; 2) Quality; and 3) Trust 1) Price - Rudi helped me find the exact car I was looking for! I asked him to make me his best offer from the start, which he did, and it was better than any other place in the USA-not once did we haggle over price, yet when I told a local BMW dealer the price and model I did buy, he said, "that is an awesome deal, if you see a car like that, for that price, take it, that doesn't come around very often!" Needless to say, I took it, and never looked back. 2) Quality - The condition of the car I purchased is unbelievable! It is in "Like New" condition! Bottom line, you would not be able to tell the difference-inside or out between this car and a new car, that is how well they prepared the car for sale! 3) Trust - In the military, I learned CHARACTER is "doing what should be done when nobody else is looking! When only you will know what you have done and still do the right thing" Joe and Rudi demonstrated GREAT CHARACTER and immediately established a great deal of TRUST with me. One example of this is after the paperwork was signed, I was walking out the door and I noticed an issue with the car that I missed beforehand-not a big issue, but one I wasn't happy with, and that Joe and Rudi didn't need to do anything about. Joe said, "Wayne, our #1 goal is for you to be a happy customer, bring the car back in and we will fix it!" And they did! If you are looking for a CPO BMW, I highly recommend going to BMW of Manhattan-you will not be disappointed! Wayne More

impolite, liar, incompetent Mr. Joe Marra is very impolite. He made my trip to the dealership not fun. I never felt that spending any money there is worth it and he actually made Mr. Joe Marra is very impolite. He made my trip to the dealership not fun. I never felt that spending any money there is worth it and he actually made me hate the car which was never ready to be sold. I was asked to come to the dealership to discuss a price within a specific range (bait). But, when I showed up the next day, I was proposed a price higher by a few thousand dollars (switch). Additionally, the car (VIN: WBA3B5G53DNS02780) has an unreported minor front right collision, which they never reported to me. The front right headlight has scratches consistent with colliding with another car or solid object. They told me that they changed the front bumper and the front right fender liner. The car history does not report this accident and the car is sold as overpriced CPO. So, you simply lose trust in those people. Buying a used car requires more scrutiny than a new one. What they are interested in is pushing a sale onto you as quick as possible without giving you any reasonable chance to examine the car and its history. More

Great customer service - highly recommended! I recently purchased a 2016 BMW 328i XDrive. From the start, Peter Wohl was polite, friendly, attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and above all, p I recently purchased a 2016 BMW 328i XDrive. From the start, Peter Wohl was polite, friendly, attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and above all, patient. He listened well, and he was thoughtful and candid in his responses. I really appreciated his directness; he is a no-nonsense guy who aims to please his customers--and he will go above and beyond for you.. Even though I wasn't purchasing, say, a top-of-the-line 7 Series, Peter made me feel as though he valued me as a customer in all our conversations. He was very generous with his time. He was also responsive to calls and emails, and always available to answer questions. He did a fair amount of research to track down exactly the car I was hoping for--and he came through. This was an easy deal to make; it went smoothly. Thanks to Peter, I am a first-time BMW owner, and very excited about it! Simply put, Peter is a pro in every way. If you want to buy a new BMW, go see him. I also want to put in a great word for Joe Marra, over at the BMW Certified Pre-Owned Center. He evaluated my car for trade-in. He was extremely kind, and clearly passionate about cars (notably BMWs, of course!), and just really knowledgable all-around. He was wonderful to talk with in our brief interaction, and he too answered my questions patiently, even though I wash't his customer. I'm grateful to Joe for his part in making this an easy and fair transaction, and I plan to recommend him to friends. If you want to buy a Certified Pre-Owned BMW, go see Joe! I'm thankful to have had not just a positive experience at a car dealership (who knew?) but an *enjoyable* one. It was never stressful, only fun. Previously I've dealt with car dealers who were condescending, aggressive, dishonest, and rude. I must say that BMW of Manhattan is truly outstanding in every way. I look forward to working with them for many years to come, in purchasing future cars, and recommending them to friends and colleagues. An A+ dealership all-around. More
