The time had come to upgrade my 2004 3 series BMW. Having received great service from Jeremy Tatem, service advisor, over the years, I decided to ask Jeremy for the name of a sales representative that Having received great service from Jeremy Tatem, service advisor, over the years, I decided to ask Jeremy for the name of a sales representative that he would recommend. I was introduced to Joe and had a pleasant experience that resulted in the purchase of a 2011 328xi which was a loaner car with 5700 miles. From the first meeting with Joe, we knew that he was the professional and pleasant individual that we were seeking to build a business relationship with. I encountered superior customer service throughout the entire sales process. Joe did a great job in listening to my specific needs ( and did not waste a minute of my time by showing me only the new BMW's that met my needs. It's now been a few days after the sale and I have been contacted by Joe to schedule a follow up appointment at which time he plans to answer any concern that I may have. As a retired JCPenney management associate, I have extra appreciation for employees like Joe who pride themselves in always "going the EXTRA mile".
