We drove several used and new cars and found that the 2014 Malibu (Joe's suggested we try it!) was the one we liked most. It was a little higher than we wanted to spend, but Joe and the staff made it work within our budget. Once again, a great car buying experience, I would easily recommend the trip, as we drove past several Chevy dealers just to get to Phillips again. More

I cannot say enough about this guy: Kind...smart...funny...HONEST and thorough. My first two cars were Cruzes. I loved those little cars. But my needs and driving habits changed. I called Joe to discuss and within 24 hours I was driving a 2013 Malibu off the lot and I couldn't be more thrilled. From the time I said "YES" till the time I walked out of the dealership was under two hours. That includes the paperwork and car prep. To date, my experiences with Phillips have been awesome. Everyone from service to sales to finance and more have been genuine and personable. Is it any wonder I have recommended EVERYONE I know to this dealer? And I have received $300 in thank you cash for the 6 friends who have made purchases based on my referral. My "jobs" have me speaking or dealing with literally hundreds of people every week.
