Joe had an immense wealth of knowledge and was instrumental in helping me figure out the right car for me and my family. They were not pushy, extremely informative, and always happy to help Jenna and Joe took things I stepped further when they worked with me to allow me to take my car out on a extended test drive. I wanted to see how the Tahoe really stacked up with a car full of family and luggage for a local road trip. after taking the family out on a true vacation in the car the way we’re actually going to use it we knew for sure. I have also noticed something is going on with how the truck shifts gears. I anticipate the issue would be covered under the standard warranty or certified warranty, so that’s something that can be fixed. I was satisfied with the vehicle (as long as the shifting issue is covered under warranty and can be fixed) and overall buying experience. More
