My first ride in an Audi was carpooling to High School with a friend in his first generation Audi A8 (it was a hand me down from his Dad). Then in 2000-2004 I was a pit report for the American Le Mans Series media staff working along side the Audi Sport North America/Team Joest Racing team that fielded the Audi R8 Le Mans cars. I have been selling cars with Audi Indianapolis since 2009. My previous Audi was a 2004 S4 Avant manual. Now My current Audi is an A3 Quattro. I love these cars! Purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee L 2 years ago at 7500 miles only driven it to 15,900 miles and check engine light has come on twice, the car stalls on the highway (dealership I took it to drove it 10 mil miles only driven it to 15,900 miles and check engine light has come on twice, the car stalls on the highway (dealership I took it to drove it 10 miles and couldn't recreate it so did nothing) the electronics shut off so you have to turn the car off and turn it back on. Have taken it to a Jeep authorized repair dealership 4 times now and they've made some updates but issues still persist. It is a LEMON! It's unsafe to drive. I emailed the dealership hopefully they do something I emailed Joe this morning and crickets today. He wanted me to trade the car in. For a $60k car I bought that I want to drive you want me to trade it in and they'll offer me half the price, give me a break. More

Unfortunately, the vehicle had an issue with its front passenger's window not fitting correctly once the door was closed. This issue should have been caught and corrected during the PDI process. Great Service from Joe LeBlanc We recently purchased our first Audi vehicle. We were welcomed by Mr Leblanc. He provided us with the best customer service we could have asked for. We recently purchased our first Audi vehicle. We were welcomed by Mr Leblanc. He provided us with the best customer service we could have asked for. He listened to our needs and recommended a car based on them and not what he would like to sell. He took extra time to explain the basics of our new car. We would even say that he went above and beyond in his attention. Heather Moyer did a fantastic job explaining all the financing options available to us. She is friendly and work to fine you the best options for your needs. She is a delight to work with. The reason we are not giving a 5 star rating is one of their managers was never introduced to us even if we dealt with him through our salesman. We came to call him Mister No Smile during our time at the dealer. He did not appear from our far away perspective as a friendly person. An additional reason for less than 5 stars would be that we received a car that was not fully detailed on the inside. Thankfully, Joe Leblanc made sure to clean the most of it before we drove away. Overall, our experience was great and we definitely recommend working with Mr. Leblanc if you ever consider buying an Audi in Indianapolis. We sure will use his service again in the future. More
