Looking to update, we found that a lot of features have been added to improve the safety and comfort in the Outback. Joe went over everything to make sure we were aware of all of the features. Very patient with all of our questions, we were able to navigate through the sale process easily. I was looking for a used subaru. Joe knew I was gathering information the first time I met him, he even instructed me on what to look for on other subarus if I look at others, including the carfax info. Now my plan was to go and look at other cars at different places. Meeting Joe, I was so impressed that he was not " aggressive " and his knowledge was impressive. I know it's his job but he takes his job seriously and does it well. I called him that night to schedule another look at a car the next day with my Dad. Needless to say I bought the car.
