This has been the worst experience with purchasing a vehicle. I would not recommend this place to anyone close to or near this place. Joe K. was amazing to work with. We went in, test drove a vehicle and told him what we were looking for. After he asked us what we needed and what we were l was amazing to work with. We went in, test drove a vehicle and told him what we were looking for. After he asked us what we needed and what we were looking for he redirected us to what suited our family needs. We drove in looking at a vehicle with 100k miles on it and drove out with barely any miles and a new truck. We really appreciate Joe taking the time to listen to what we weren’t saying and giving us the options. I went in with high anxiety buying a vehicle and left feeling good about the purchase. More

Joe was fantastic to work with at Jeff Belzer’s in New Prague! He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. Have been a Forever Ford customers for over 50 years, this dealership was likely the poorest service I've received. I leased a '20 Explorer ST from them in Feb of '20, the battery was dead in the showroo this dealership was likely the poorest service I've received. I leased a '20 Explorer ST from them in Feb of '20, the battery was dead in the showroom on pickup, (I should have known then what I know now). Then on the 40 minute drive home, discovered it had no heat (ditto), had to drive it back the next day. Eventually after 3 battery replacements, final one by a different dealership, that issue was fixed. Then we paid extra for their "Premium" Exterior and Interior protection plan, what a waste that was, they couldn't even take the time to wipe dust off the dash before applying "the protection", same on the exterior, apparently they just applied the protection over the bug spots (which their literature even claimed would be removed). Then to finally put the cherry on top, we made an appointment to pay the lease off, but had to wait 90 minutes after our appointment time. Excuses were made over and over, they took us out of the main show room to wait in a back office. We could have left, had a nice dinner and came back, but they just kept saying "Just a minute", "You're up next", "You're on deck" and the like. Jeff Belzer Ford has lost a Forever Ford customer. More
