After not being able to find anything in my area, I called Phil Long Ford of Denver and spoke with Troy Hines. I explained to Troy what I was looking for in an F150, and he said he'd look around and get back to me. Frankly, I didn't expect to hear back as I had been told that before by multiple other dealerships that had ultimately ghosted me. Not only did I hear back from Troy, but he kept me in the loop and was honest about the supply problems facing the vehicle market. It took about two weeks, but as soon as he found a truck that matched what I was looking for, he called me. As I live four hours away, he even allowed me to put a deposit on the truck and held onto it until I could work out the logistics to get there. The truck was awesome! Not only was it everything I was looking for; it was better, with more features, and precisely within the price range I was looking for! John Johnson worked tirelessly over the weekend to not only get me approved but also secure a great interest rate at a time they were climbing. I went home the proud owner of a handsome F150. Two weeks after purchasing the vehicle, it came to my attention that I would have to get all lug nuts replaced as they had swollen. I called Troy, and he advocated to upper management on my behalf to have the replacement cost covered. He was successful! Thank you, Troy, Joe, and Phil Long Ford! I know you guys could have sold this truck quickly and to anyone, but you worked with me. Getting into this truck has increased my quality of life immensely, and I am incredibly grateful to you for that! I bought my F150 from Phil Long Ford and was happy with it overall. My new truck could have been washed better but it's okay. I did learn from this experience what to do and what not to do next time I buy it overall. My new truck could have been washed better but it's okay. You should always go line by line on the purchase agreement to make sure there aren't any surprises. I am still questioning one section on it but I guess I'll live with it. The salesman, Joe, was very friendly and helpful. My new truck also had a scratch on it that they said they could buff out but didn't. I did have a problem with the alarm but took it back to the service dept and they fixed it right away. I love my new truck and do highly recommend Phil Long Ford. More
