We have been going to Klaben for service on our Chrysler Town and Country van for a long time. Our van has a ramp in it for our disabled son, and it's difficult to be without it. He listens carefully to our description of any problems, and we appreciate his attention to our concerns. Joe understands how important our time is. He is very prompt in returning our calls and we rarely have to go back for service on the same issue. Generally speaking, mechanics and car shops don't have the best reputation, but I feel like I am being told the truth by Joe every time I go to Klaban. He definitely cares about his customers and differentiates between what is absolutely needed, what should be done soon, and merely his opinion on a matter, which is helpful when the difference is a large sum of money. As long as I am in Kent, I will always go to Joe! More

Take my car in for an oil change and rotation. Joe was able to squeeze me in to get the service done.
