I have been with Klaben for 27 years. I went to tech school and started here working in the body shop. I then moved to parts where I worked at the counter and parts pickup and delivery. I have worked at the service desk for 21 years. In my free time I like to go to Cedar Point with my son. Wait time for service was longer than expected and oil was overfilled and I had to return the next day for another 2 hour service visit while they drained oil and replaced air filter because oil overflowe was overfilled and I had to return the next day for another 2 hour service visit while they drained oil and replaced air filter because oil overflowed into air filter. Oil mess throughout engine compartment. The vehicle was messy and not cleaned up…. I keep my vehicle clean and even wipe down accessible areas to keep it looking nice. Car was even messier after second service visit. Very sloppy unprofessional experience! More
