My career in the auto industry began in 1988. I joined the Capital Eurocars family in 2005. The professionalism of the people and the teamwork in order to promote customer satisfaction is one of the best parts about working here. I moved to Florida in 2005 from Thousand Oaks, CA. I have been married for 11 years with 3 great kids; two daughters, ages 9 and 7, and a son who is almost 5. In my free time I enjoy any activity outdoors, and spending time with a great family and friends!

I have had my volvo for three years. I have allowed no other service department to provide service other than capital euro cars. Money is not a problem. Whatever they recomended for my c I have allowed no other service department to provide service other than capital euro cars. Money is not a problem. Whatever they recomended for my car I would make sure it is done. There 4 point inspection is horrible. They have never checked my tires or if they have never reported it to me. I had to replace all four tires. Although i know eventually the tires need to be replaced i was looking to the service team to let me know about my tires. I look to them to tell me what is going on with my car and they have not. .I honestly dont believe that the service department changed my oil the last time my car was there for maintenance. My oil still says 100% after 10000 miles. They always forget to top of fluids. Three weeks after completing the service on my car my windshield wiper fluid is empty. They offer a free car wash and vacum but only vacum the front of the vehchle. I leave messages for both service rep and manager and do not receive a call back. Although, I only have tried to call 4 times over the last 4 months with these issues and no call back. Therefore, I will be taking my business were it is appreciated and i can trust the service department. I need good services I can trust and depend on. More

On January 4th my wife was sent to this dealer to remove locking lug nuts because the key broke . Upon arrival my wife explained the situation ,the representative was abrupt and combative . He proceeded to locking lug nuts because the key broke . Upon arrival my wife explained the situation ,the representative was abrupt and combative . He proceeded to say that he did not want to try to remove the lugs because it could break his key to remove them. then proceeded to sell her a whole new kit. My wife responded well your still going to have to use your key to remove them . The representative just responded with a shrug and disinterest . The tone and lack of attention from the representative resulted in my wife crying . I called mercedes direct and filed a complaint. Joe Gruen has not not been willing to address this situation. After moving from Connecticut to Florida recently I would not recommend the Tallahassee dealership. More

Jessica was outstanding and easy to work with. We worked the deal over the phone, so when we came in everything was smooth and as quick as possible. Dearlership is clean, they were all great to work with & we will be buying all of future cars from them. More
