Mahar Al Najjir met us as we entered the showroom and provided nothing but excellent service. He listened to what we were seeking, and immediately provided an automobile that would meet our needs, while provided nothing but excellent service. He listened to what we were seeking, and immediately provided an automobile that would meet our needs, while offering a number of options for us to consider. Once we settled on the car we wanted to buy, Mahar shepherded the entire process, with the wonderful cooperation of Mike and Colonel until we settled on a price and process for completing the sale. Lawrance completed the transaction, offering all options for that finalization. Mahar remained throughout each step. His attitude and professionalism made all the difference. There is an enormous amount of paperwork required. Lawrance explained every step of that process with patience and professionalism. It was a very smooth, friendly, professional transaction. Lexus of Oxnard provided wonderful service from start to finish! More

Very unethical dealership, management doesn’t care about costumers after the deal has been closed and they have earned their commission even if they lied to you to make the deal happen. Very unprofessional and make Lexus look bad I will never again purchase anything from the company after my experience despite owning their vehicles for over 10 years. More
