Purchased an A5 from this dealership (used). Within 2 months the turbo went and needed replaced. Thank goodness we purchased a $4000 warranty, and it was covered. This warranty according to the salesperson covered "anything that makes it go!". Well, a few months later the car stalls and will not drive. We have taken good care of this vehicle and even keep oil in the trunk to top it off since Audi's seem to burn oil rather fast. Well, we are again glad that we purchased this warranty since we now have had the car for less than a year and had 2 major issues. Well, we come to find that whatever broke on the car was covered by the warranty but because that broke it broke something else and that now makes the warranty invalid. Can someone explain this to me?!? What is the point of buying an extended warranty if it cannot be used. My best guess is that the dealership needs to sign off that the vehicle is in great condition when the warranty is purchased pretty much guaranteeing that it will never be used or lightly used. We paid $4000 for this warranty and the turbo within the first couple months cost almost that. I am thinking that when this dealership tried to then claim this issue also the warranty company said no. I really don't know how it all went down other than we purchased a vehicle that was supposedly in great shape and a warranty to "cover anything and everything you could possibly think of. Everything that makes the car move is covered. Best deal to be had!" and just had to pay 6K out of pocket to get it fixed for the second time in 1 year. When asked for a copy of our sale and warranty so we could give it to our attorney we were told that they could no longer speak to us because we mentioned attorney. We had the car towed there and had no way to move it other than have it towed again or pay to have it fixed. We were never offered a loaner car even though this car sat on their lot for months trying to figure out the warranty. My father was a financial manager at a car dealership for over 20 years and I have never seen or heard of such nonsense. This dealership is a joke. Horrible service. Horrible cars. Horrible liars. Horrible salespeople. When asked to speak to the salesperson and financial officer we worked with for the purchase we were told they no longer work there, and they can't take our word on what was said to us by them because they are no longer there to verify if that is true. Correct. Everybody buys a 4K extra warranty that covers nothing because we all have thousands of extra dollars to spend on utter crap. Just save yourself the headache and if you even think about going to purchase a vehicle from this dealership DON'T just DON'T. They are dishonest thieves in my opinion. We will never be back and will tell everyone we know that are Audi fans to save your money and sanity and shop somewhere else. We have been nothing but displeased from the moment we got the car. More

Overall Randy H. (sales) was on the ball from receiving the car off the truck to customer pre-inspection and updating me throughout the process even sending me pics. All my financial questions and concerns were answered by Mitch (Finance) what a fantastic person. They were sending me off in another GREAT car a 23' Audi RS 3. Extremely quiet, clean & friendly atmosphere. I am proud to do business with them from the past to the present and way into the future. What a great experience I had all the way around.
