Ric provided us with goodie bags at checkout and gave us confidence that the entire BMW Store team was behind us on our purchases. Joe jumped in when we had a minor seat noise issue with one of the cars. It was quickly resolved. Eric made the finance part of the purchase transparent and easy. Overall, a wonderful experience!
