Bought a new sonata, which I love. But , customer service is not too desirable. They took my Gap insurance from previous car and use it for my new loan without my knowledge. There was But , customer service is not too desirable. They took my Gap insurance from previous car and use it for my new loan without my knowledge. There was $632 dollars I was expecting back. There explanation it was use to lower my payment. Nothing was said on my contract about taking it. I think it was used to line their own pockets. What happened to truth and leading. Things that make you go hmmmmm. More
