Other Chevrolet dealerships could learn from A&T. Service experience always exceeds any expectations. Extremely competent techs with personable advisors. Can’t complain about pricing either. We live in the era of 2020 where cars are delivered to your door and don't need to deal with dealerships like yours directly. Mr. Dang sent me an email concerning an inquiry on a used minivan and when asking for a cash sales price I was told I need to come into the dealership to discuss. Based on this email from the start. I will not come in or choose to do business with the kind of establishment. It's a used car that's several years old and reviewing other dealerships for the same model yours is overpriced. Please see the email that I sent to Mr. Dang: Mr. Dang, Yes, I recieved your email and won't be perusing the car with your dealership. Other dealers are more convenient to work with that can at least discuss potential discount on sales price of the van without having to squabble over a few hundred dollars on a used minivan that won't require me sitting in a dealership for hours while we test drive, negotiate and do paperwork my time is more important to me then dealing with dealerships like yours. Previous Ford owner turned Chevy Owner After a few conversation with the intelligent sales associates and comfortable lengthy test drive, I was pleasantly impressed with the Silverado 2500 After a few conversation with the intelligent sales associates and comfortable lengthy test drive, I was pleasantly impressed with the Silverado 2500 with the duramax diesel and the comfy ride from the interior. So impressed that I had to leave with the truck and am excited for the service relationship with A&T because I’ve heard nothing but good things ! More

I called my sales person three times and left two messages. None of them were returned. I had to speak with the Sales manager who let me know they can't help me. Dry rot does not happen over night. Now after spending $20,000+ I need to shell out $900+ on new tires. A&T told me bc I put 14,000 miles on my car they won't help me. Can someone explain how dry rot is affected by miles driven? Also, how did this car pass inspection? The tread is fine. The dry rot is on the inside of the tire. You can almost stick your finger through two of the tires. More
