

Joe started in the auto industry in 2011 as a technician, and has been a service advisor since 2018. When he is not assisting customers with their Toyota service, Joe is a college football referee as a back judge for division 1 and 2 games, as well as Maryland high school football games. Joe also enjoys spending quality time with lovely wife and four children.

Waited over 3 hrs. Granted, they were busy, due to spring break, but I was never told I’d have that long of a wait. I told them NOT to take my car thru the car wash. It was WRITTEN on my slip, not to wash it. When it was finally finished, I drove all the way back home, to Harford county and notice they didn’t put a new sticker on the windshield, telling next maintenance. I drove all the way back to the dealership to get a new sticker and all I got was a simple, “sorry”….no “Can I give you an accesory, of your choice, for free?” Absolutely NOTHING was offered. I dread when it comes time for an oil change or tire rotation, knowing I have to go to Jerry’s and hope I don’t deal with more nonsense and poor customer service. More
