John findley is friendly and was helpful with getting my
vehicle. When I asked him to present a number to the manager, he would not do that and gave me an excuse the vehicle was at it’s bottom price, but of

What I find appalling, is that the next day, after I trusted John, and purchased the vehicle, it was listed online for the price I wanted him to ask his manager about. I contacted him and after going back and forth, he said he would talk to his manager, and he never got back with me again. How rude and unprofessional !! I will never return to BMW dealership in the future, which is too bad because we could have worked something out.
