We have had an absolute TERRIBLE experience at Park City Ford. Our 2021 truck’s engine blew and required a complete new engine. We are now on our 3rd engine. We received a call it was “ready” and went to pick it up. The truck is still making noises and has to go back. It is nearly impossible to get through. The staff are rude, unhelpful. Our car has been in their possession for over 90 days without any resolution. We were not provided a loaner vehicle for over 2 weeks. We finally received one and it was of inappropriate size and was dirty, smelled like cigarette smoke. Please beware of the dealership and for your safety and the safety of your family do NOT go here. More
