This was the most frustrating experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Joe was condescending, did not answer questions truthfully such as some things that the vehicle came with in regards to th when purchasing a vehicle. Joe was condescending, did not answer questions truthfully such as some things that the vehicle came with in regards to the particular package, how much money I would get back in rewards(found out that was less than what he told me) as well as saying that the features on the Chevy app such as remote access to the blazer is completely free and that I would never have to pay to use it. When in fact it is only free for a period of time. It was surprise after surprise and not in a good way. He does not communicate well. I felt like I was chasing after him. There were times he told me he would follow up with me to give me an update on the vehicle and I would not hear from him until after I called back. Excuse after excuse telling me how he is busy with other customers. Before signing on the vehicle I noticed scratches on it. At first he blew it off and told me I would find things if I was going to go over it with a fine tooth comb. When one simple walk around the vehicle they were noticeable. He also tried to tell me that it wasn’t a scratch, told me it needed to be rubbed out with a cloth. After me being persistent that it is a scratch he told me I could bring the vehicle back at a later time to have the scratches removed. I was told the blazer would be detailed, it was not. There were greasy fingers prints on both sides of the inside of the front doors, crumbs along the door on the passenger side where you could lay your arm as if someone had been eating in the truck. Dirt throughout on the bottom of the inside part of the doors and along the floor boards. There is a very long path of sticky goo on the inner lower part on the drivers side when you open the door looks like a strip of something was there prior and torn off. Now I have to pay to have the blazer detailed since this wasn’t done like he said it would be. Told me to hand over a card for deposit for the vehicle did not disclose how much the deposit would be until I asked. When it came time to sign papers I was being asked by the finance lady to hand over title to previous vehicle and proof of insurance on new vehicle. All of which I had just given to the sales guy Joe. At this time is when I found out AFTER I was reviewing paperwork prior to signing that the APR had increased. When I told the lady I had not been informed of this change, I was told there was nothing that they could do. I explained to her that Joe should have disclosed any changes prior to me agreeing to purchasing the vehicle. Her response was that she would speak to him so that he would have better communication moving forward. But no customer recovery was done for me. Guess they felt since they made the deal my concerns could be blown off. Also at the time of signing paperwork I was confirming that Gap coverage was included as I was told by Joe this has been factored into my monthly payment. The finance lady told me that had actually NOT be included. I will NOT be returning to this dealership for anything including any sort of maintenance and I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. As I mentioned earlier it was surprise after surprise, misinformation after misinformation. Beware when you ask Joe questions that he will either be condescending or get an attitude. More
