I have purchased many vehicles for myself as well as with others throughput the years and thi This was THE BEST experience I EVER had at a dealership. I have purchased many vehicles for myself as well as with others throughput the years and this was hands down the best overall experience I have been through. From the moment I walked in my sales person Nina was friendly, professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the type of vehicle I wanted and answered all my questions. She made me feel at home and as if I was the most important person in the world. Because of this I felt comfortable and at ease with my decision to make such an expensive purchase with that dealership, She constantly followed up with and always got back to me in a timely fashion. I have told everyone about how I was treated by her and Joe the manager. I would have no problem with going back to them and recommending anyone I know. Whenever someone asks how I like my new Genesis G80 I always tell them I absolutely LOVE it but I also add that my dealership and my sales person Nina was INCREDIBLE!! Great job Genesis in hiring those folks and I hope you hire more great professionals with such a caring heart, with the understanding, helpful, knowledgeable, motivated and highly determined sales person like Nina and Joe! I would highly recommend them in the future. I went to MANY dealerships and spoke with MANY folks via online and in person but those two were the ones to make my dream come true to own one of these amazing vehicles. God bless them. More
