We put off going forever, because buying a new car typically sucks. Joe was really nice, funny, and professional. He listened to our list of what we did and did not want, and only showed us vehicles that were within our parameters. He did not try to sell us anything we did not want, or pressure us into getting something expensive that we did not need. He also did not try to pressure us into buying a bunch of accessories or fancy warranty plans. Robert explained the contract and financing options well. We had a rollover from a previous loan, and he made that process simple and straightforward. He did not try to sell us any extras, either, which we really appreciated. Even though we only saw him for a few minutes, he was friendly and pleasant. Overall, this was the best experience we've ever had buying a car. We will be back. More

Friendly and helpful After several bad experiences at other dealerships, I finally went to Patrick after seeing a Forester that I liked online. When I arrived there after work (very accommodating) Joe had the vehicle already pulled around and ready for me to test drive it. I loved the car and didn’t need to see any others. Working out the numbers and paperwork was easy (especially being a DCU member) and the next day I drove home in my new Subaru. Going to Patrick was easy, quick, and painless. I never felt pressured to do anything and I’ll recommend them to any of my friends who now want a Subaru after seeing mine. More

The Crosstrek was a little larger than we needed and we no longer wanted a car with a manual transmission so we called Joe to discuss the inventory on the Impreza wagon. Once again our experience was flawless, we traded our Crosstrek for a fair price.
