I originally left, not one but two 5-star glowing reviews on Google for both my Sales Consultant, Joseph D., and the Sales Manager, Bernard B. Regrettably, 5 weeks post-sale, I have to adjust my rating so th on Google for both my Sales Consultant, Joseph D., and the Sales Manager, Bernard B. Regrettably, 5 weeks post-sale, I have to adjust my rating so that other potential buyers are aware of what can transpire after a sale. I had an offer from a different Nissan dealer further away, which also included an internal and external vehicle protection package. Because Route 46 Nissan was more conveniently located, I asked if they could match the offer. Route 46 Nissan did so on condition that I finance with them (which was not my original plan), which I agreed to do. Now 5 weeks later, after multiple attempts to reach the Sales Consultant who had promised me IN WRITING on the delivery receipt to arrange for the post-sale application of the anti-stain/paint interior/exterior protection package, he has not responded to a single voicemail from me or my wife or my email. On the one occasion my wife actually reached him, he said he would call right back and hung up. He never did call back. I went back to the dealer in person and spoke to the Sales Manager, who was polite and offered to speak to the Sales Consultant on my behalf, but nothing has changed since. The dealer has still not applied the promised vehicle protection package. Unfortunately, the bottom line is that while you will be treated courteously when you go to purchase a car, you will be completely ignored afterwards, and you simply cannot rely on any promises for post-sale options or accessories even when you have those promises in writing as did I. I hope that this review, my longest review ever, serves as a warning to future customers to demand every option/accessory promised installed or applied before you take possession of your vehicle. More

I just bought my daughter a 2020 Nissan rogue at this dealership over the weekend after a long arduous search and the experience could not have been better…The general manager Mike Cibellis and our sales dealership over the weekend after a long arduous search and the experience could not have been better…The general manager Mike Cibellis and our salesman Joseph Daoud were extremely attentive and most importantly men of their word ..(which doesn’t always happen when buying a car) And the gentleman in the finance department was also a pleasure to deal with.. Confirmed appointment an hour before to see the truck and got there and it “was being sold next door as we speak” but “you are in luck we have 4 others here you can look at, we will work with you and get you got there and it “was being sold next door as we speak” but “you are in luck we have 4 others here you can look at, we will work with you and get you in a car”. I am sure there are lovely people working there but I will tell you my experience with a particular salesman Joe Daoud and his general manager Mike Cibellis. I am not to one to generalize but these guys, will tell you my experience with a particular salesman Joe Daoud and his general manager Mike Cibellis. I am not to one to generalize but these guys, especially, Joe, fits the stereotypical car salesman who tries to screw you over by any means. Not only he lied about someone else waiting in the next room to buy the same car to pressure me, typical cliché, but he also lied about the condition of the car. How convenient the person was waiting the day I arrived and instead of leaving their number for a call back they waited several hours in the room.. Also the the front bumper of the car was replaced (after telling me there was no work done on the car) something I noticed with my mechanic after getting under the car.. I contacted the general manager about the situation who was present that day and unsurprisingly I never heard back. Long story short, dishonesty at its best. Unless your dream car is in there, avoid the place or these two people.. More
